Serving and creating barbeque happiness is the heart of who we are, and the flavour within the 'smoke ring' is what we're proud to serve. And we are excited to share our passion for the art of smoked meats with Enderby!

A 'smoke ring' is a thin layer of pink meat just beneath the surface crust of a smoked meat. It's a sought-after property of smoked meats and indicates that it is cooked to perfection while retaining its juices. Smoked meats flaunting a vibrant smoke ring gives one immediate bragging rights with friends and family. So that little bit of pink is something to pursue and nothing to worry about!
